Powershell won't work on mono will it?

Much as I hate the xml syntax of nant.  It was sort of nice that basically
all OSS projects used the same build engine and having the builder as part
of the distribution is really cool.

I hope nobody thinks I am trying to say which builder an OSS project should
use.   I just want to raise the point.
