I don't believe that *should* be necessary. Rhino Queues for sure that is
not necessary. If it's reachable by IP then you should be fine. With MSMQ I
believe this should work as well when using direct format name which is what
the bus uses under the covers. Can you ping the IP address from a machine
you're trying to send from?
