2. Go to the inplaceInput page
3. Set focus to the inplaceInput component (second example: inplaceInput with
controls)
4. input any string
5. press tab key
FAILURE:
IE 6,7: next component didn't receive focus, width of inplaceInput component
was changed
FF 3: current inplaceInput component lost focus, but next inplaceInput
component didn't receive focus
