Scrollable Datatable alignment is lost when placed in modalpanel in IE8 only

My application has tab panel containing 4 tabs. Each tab has its own page.
(using a4j:include). In one of the included page, I have a scrollable datatable
in a modalpanel. This data table alignment is getting lost when I access the
application in IE8. Its working fine in firefox and chrome. Also, I am getting
a javascript error whenever the modalpanel is opened. Error is
