**Slick_eZine** BREAKING: Alan Keyes Sues Obama for Citizenship Proof This is the 2nd message I am forwarding that doesn't want to conform to the software width parameters. Some kind on compatibility problem. I cut-and-pasted it to my editor and put it as attachment in hopes it'll be easier for each of you. The interesting points I see is: 1.) as a presidential candidate, Keyes has standing that Berg lacks, 2.) his suit is insurance just in case Berg bails out for any reason, or 3.) if the SCOTUS decides not to hear the case, and 4.) maybe the mass media will find it "fit to print". Ha, ha. Without the Calif Electoral vote, the Electoral College... I suppose the problem in Calif will be to keep democratic judges from stalling the case beyond Jan 20. If they try to dismiss it, you can expect it to be appealed to the SCOTUS too. Rich Martin
