I don't know if this is pertinent or not, but it sure is strange. Remember when it was reported that Obama had a dpzen or so Social Security nos, including one odd one from Conn. Odd because there is no record of Obama ever living or working in Conn. My mind immediately jumped to Chris Dodd, but tat didn't seem to make sense without a reason, Well, it turns out this card was acquired circa 1980 before there was a Senator named Dodd. Apparently, this SocSec card was obtained to register for the draft. He used it when reporting with the Selective Service Board (aka draft board).
