The difference between the Calif act and the Texas law is that eligible students must have been in-state for 3 years and graduated from a Texas H.S. Until the USG does its Constitutional duty to protect our borders, our reality is: millions of illegal aliens living among US. Of course, to us who insist that the govt invoke the Constitution to allow immigrants to stay in the country only if they are participating in the “uniform”procedure mandated in the Constitution, that everyone else is expected to abide by to become a citizen.
