Without the Constitution they along with the SCOTUS, The president’s cabinet (and czars) have no right to enforce/pass laws, raise taxes/armies, or to convene on our behalf for any reason. The only legitimate power is in the states, assuming they too haven’t breached their contract with the people. Remember the Columbine Massacre in 1999, one year later?
