Donchya wonder if anybody in Washington ever read the first sentence of Article
I, Sec 1? This whole program above is null and void because it is in violation
of the Contract with the People. Either that or it demonstrates how meaningless
the Constitution has become. Truth is, the USA is no longer a sovereign nation.
The Constitution has been infringed upon by UN dictates with an assist from our
elected govt.
But it’s more than just Article I, Section 1, that has been obliterated. The
Constitution itself has in real terms been trampled to death. For instance,
‘tweren’t too long ago the prez took the US to war with Libya on his own. He
said he didn’t need Congress’ approval; NATO authorized it.

More recently, when the so-called “tax holiday” expired, Obama said if Congress
did not extend it, he would! That’s tax money that rightfully belongs in a
Social Security Trust Fund.

Since the Constitution is meaningless, it explains how the current fedl govt
gets away with violating the obsolete document without concern. To them, it is
irrelevant. A quaint piece of our history.
If memory serves, the US was NOT a signatory to adopt Agenda 21 in Rio de
Janeriro.
No matter, it’s being implemented nationwide.

But that cuts 2 ways.
It is now safe to say, the Constitution no longer serves as our nation’s
controlling document; it’s only an old yellow parchment with historical value.
The fedl govt, it’s elected officials, appointees and everything else
authorized by the Constitution, are illegitimate. Why, because without a
Constitution there is no Electoral ballot authorizing their very existence. All
437 of them are usurpers! Without the Constitution they along with the SCOTUS,
The president’s cabinet (and czars) have no right to enforce/pass laws, raise
taxes/armies, or to convene on our behalf for any reason.
The only legitimate power is in the states, assuming they too haven’t breached
their contract with the people.

The financial news is telling US that GM has made it’s biggest profit in
history. They wouldn’t lie would they? We know the govt has decided to let them
keep the unpaid TARP money Bush loaned them. We know the govt, or maybe the
prez, has granted them a 10-year income tax holiday. And we know GM will soon
be issuing big checks to the stockholders, the UAW and the USG.
