[RC] refunds-OD

Does anyone know the refund policy of the OD?  I drove 7 hours to the OD two years ago. I had a near miss and had to slam on the brakes on the Turnpike and as a result my horse banged his hip on the partition and was not sound to start.  I was told the refund would be sent in the mail, but have never heard from them and I'm not sure who to contact.  Thanks.
