I brought 2 horses and one failed the pre vet - I was told no refund at all, not even partial. We had a terrible storm come thru the night before we left for the ride - and I think thats when Mr. knothead managed to pull his suspensory. Another person there actually had her horse come up with the same problem - she thinks her horses panicked during the hail storm. I think about 12 horses failed the pre vet.
