WIN-CRYSIZE Version 2.1 from Siemens Analytical X-Ray Systems

I have interest in doing Warren-Averbach crystallite size analysis.
What are capabilities and limitations of this software - especially with
regard to maximum and minimum crystallite size and size distribution?
