I select that portion of the lst file and read it into a plotting program - usually origin. There is a small problem with this method. GSAS writes a header every 80 lines or so. Origin knows to ignore this, but if your plotting program cannot do that then you'll have to further edit the lst file to remove the headers. There is also a program called PCXY or something that converts powplots into ascii data. It usually works ok but with synchrotron data where the peaks are very narrow and there are several thousand data points - it has problems.
