Adv. X-ray anal. 40 is published on CD-ROM, only. Therefore, citing of
coutinuous pages gives no sense. But, there seems to be a difference:
I have got a file from the CD-ROM containing our paper as pdf. It is
named v40_425.pdf, so I give the reference no. (no page!) 425. Indeed,
there are no page numbers visible using Acrobat Reader!
