Parameters as X-ray wavelength, oversampling technique, exposure time,
camera evacuation, angular accuracy are investigated for their influences on
the quality of diffraction data. Rietveld refinements have been done onto
some standard samples. The camera data are compared for speed and resolution
with the data of a step scanning HUBER Guinier Diffractometer 644. The
camera, also, has been tested for its suitability on a parallel beamline at
the MAX II Synchrotron, Lund, Sweden.
