Dear All, I was recently provided with a set of data that had been collected on a D5000 diffractometer equiped with a primary beam monochromator, using a capillary sample mount. (Transmission data) I would appreciate it greatly if somebody could inform me as to the correct geometrical description of this set-up, as well as how this data should be treated when used for rietveld refinement using DBWS98.
