Lots of data on these in ICSD, and YAG is even on the free demo version
that everyone can access via the WWW (http://barns.ill.fr/dif/icsd/). You
can even output a FullProf file ready for refinement. Try searching for
"garnet" as the mineral name :-) Gosh, there's even a pretty picture of
that structure on: http://www.ill.fr/dif/3D-crystals/minerals.html !
