Hello to the Rietveld Users,
I have just joined the mailing list and wish to introduce myself. I am
a geologist by training and have worked for over 10 years at CSIRO
Minerals in Australia. Over the past few years I have been using the
Quasar and Koalariet programs for Rietveld analysis. I am currently
trying to find a structure for the Smectite Clay, Montmorillonite. The
ICSD Structure Database does not contain a structure for montmorillonite
and the one nontronite structure is does contain is not complete.
Can anybody help me out here by either supplying me with a
montmorillonite structure or giving me a reference which contains one?
