Hello!
I have a question about the rigth parameter of breadth to use in the
Scherrer formula: should I use the FWHM or integral breadth value? Because I
have read that in the case of whole pattern fitting metodology for extract
size and strain is used the integral breadth, but in te case of Rietveld
method software for the same purpose is used the FWHM, and the results are
different.
