Dear colleagues, Does anyone know a good reference (if possible, the
original reference) to be cited about: 1.-) Mathematical description of the split pseudo-Voigt function 2.-) Mathematical _expression_ for the
Lorentz-polarization factor for a Bragg-Brentano diffractometer with a secondary
monochromator. 3.-) Corrections of background by using the Sonneveld,
and J.W. Visser method. 4.-) The Rachinger method for eliminating the contribution
of a2 component I would need the name of the authors, complete title
