Dear colleagues,
I have some good data from neutron diffraction. The header on the data file is:
HDPNNH 1.88833A Instrument parameter inst_d20.prm BANK 1 6138 1535 RALF 2399 254 493922 80 ALT
Expgui tells me, that the histogram is an PNC type. The data conversion program told me that it is a GSAS ALT (RALF) format.
RAWPLOT shows the histogram correctly (from 0 to about 155 degrees) but the tickmarks generated by powplot for the phase are not shown correctly. They are all concentrated at the first 50 degrees.
EXPGUI shows correct tickmarks but behaves as wrong as GSAS while processing least squares.
I have tested everything to solve this problem but I have no hint. The tickmarks are shown correctly when I convert an xy-Powderdata file with esds to GSAS format with the program CMPR.
I would be glad if someone could help me.
