Hi there, William

By the coincidence, I am freshly user of EXAFS, and I just find, a couple of days ago,
there is a very good freeware serving your purpose, developed by EXAFS station
scientist from HASYLAB, DESY, actually I forget the website they provide, anyway, if
you give me permission, and I will email you the routine, which works quite well,
personally, speaking, and there is a normally good feedback from author, i.e. I just
made an inquiry, and get the reply so well, from the station scientist.

Alternatively, there is another abit smart package, IEFFT, not sure the spelling, and
that more smart, coz they can read your (mu, E) format data, and treat the background
automatically, then get the Chi(k), something, but I didnt prefer so comprehensive
one, and for the time being, I use the former, to analyze the data from Last Daresbury
summer school.

P.S. there is Rietveld-type mailing list on EXAFS, therefore, could you try to visit,
http://leonardo.phys.washington.edu/~ravel/software/ease/Welcome.html
alternatively, go another more comprehensive choices, at
http://cars9.uchicago.edu/IXS-cgi/XAFS_Programs

Have a nice start!

Lingfei
