As structural ESD's were underestimated in Rietveld refinement, I have
proposed a correction factor to obtain more reliable values, see
JAC(1991) . The word SCOR appear in a short fortran code given the annex
of the paper and was used for Sigma_CORrected_ratio. This word was
further used, cited in some papers when this correction coefficient has
been calculated in standart software.
