I am working in the field of High Temperature XRD studies of ceramics and alloys. I use the High temperature XRD camera for taking xrd data at high temperatures. In that data containing some spurious peaks always found. we try to eliminate by means of mechanically, but still not. No Problem. My data contains the profile along with spurious peaks repeatedly at particular angles and intensity (nearly 10 numbers). Any one give me the suggestion or which software capable to eliminate or subtract the peaks regularly in the original pattern. Any software available for remove the spurious peaks ? please give your suggestions, Thanks in advance with regards Murugesan
