Hi Davide To install GSAS-EXPGUI on Windows Vista you have to shutdown the "User Account Control" (UAC). After the installation you can switch on again the UAC.
This because, even you are on the sys admin account, the UAC does not allow you to install some files (i.e. the file gsas.config on c:/). The result is, for example, you cannot save the options for liveplot . The UAC does not care if you are the administrator or not, you are not allowed and that's it.
