Are they using the same database and tables? When you say two site, are they different web applications? What do you use on the /admin site, RIFE/Crud? Do you use it on veli?
The CMF provides a 'serve content' element as described here: http://rifers.org/wiki/display/RIFE/Content+management+framework You should at least be able to use that to stream out your content.
