Inherits comes before pre in the same scope. In this example though,
pre will come before inherits since the scope is broader. You know
that you could also use another inherits here, instead of the pre.

Actually, I can use only the sessionid as the trigger, but I need
to make sure that username always validates for the current
session. I figure I could use a "pre" to set the correct username
for each request. Now, my question is, if both a "pre" and an
"inherits" are declared, which one executes first? Or, should I do
something like this?
