Okay, I have finished moving the cookbook sections in the user's guide
into the Wiki cookbook. Hopefully I put the new pages in reasonable
places. (If I didn't, rather than moving them somewhere else, maybe it
makes sense to add more links to them from somewhere else. No harm
linking to pages from multiple places if it makes information easier to
find.)
I put a little "further reading" chapter at the end of the user's guide
with links to a few important cookbook pages and with info about the
mailing lists, IRC, etc. Others should add links to important pages I
missed, but it's probably a good idea to keep the list fairly small to
avoid totally intimidating new people.
You can thank my manager for being really late for the meeting we're
supposed to be having right now. :)
