[Rife-users] "Remember me" docs added

I didn't see any documentation on the "remember me" feature, and it took me a while to figure out this evening, so once I got it working I added a Wiki page.

Let me know if I got any of it wrong. Or if there really was some documentation and I just didn't find it.
