Actually, there were two more in those very same release notes! The
"Redirect" page in the Wiki was a stub. I'd noticed that before but
until I read the release notes you just linked to, I had no idea what
was supposed to go there. I've pasted your text from the release notes
into that page and Wikified the formatting a bit.
