Decent coffee and desalinated water are mutually exclusive, so good luck with that. OTOH in Dubai anything is possible if you’re able to pay the asking price. I expect at least one of its hotels will have a fleet of gold plated Rolls Royces serving coffee that uses water sourced from Himalayan glacier ice that’s been towed to the gulf by dolphins.
