Whilst on the subject of EAC rips, I've got mine set up in secure mode to rip to flac. However every now and then I'm getting a 'Sync Error' missing samples warning, and each time it's whilst reading the last track, never any other. Thinking it may be something to do with reading close to the edge of the CDs, this was refuted when a 40 minute long disc also did the same. Any ideas why I'm getting this error every now and then?
And the other thing is, is that when EAC comes up with the warning it always leaves the affected file in WAV format. So now I've got a few albums encoded in flac, with a WAV file for the last track, and I haven't a clue how to manually send them through the flac.exe encoder!
