If the other programs can handle this file "format", then the Ogg
parser should probably be updated to be able to skip the ID2 header.
Can you open a bug on http://bugs.slimdevices.com and attach one of
the special files to it?

prepended to the file, so the 'OggS' ogg header marker isn't the first
4 bytes of the file. Stripping ID2 with 'id2convert -s' seems to make
PurePerl.pm happier with my oggs.
