You should be careful, as VORBIS comments are not always block number 2. You should use this instead: metaflac --remove --block-type=VORBIS_COMMENT track.flac trebejo Wrote: > > btw there was a typo in the command that you listed, it should read > like this: > > metaflac --remove --block-number=2 track.flac > I just wanted to apply the fix to your Eroica file :-), but, yes, thats the syntax for the command. trebejo Wrote: > > Ah, yes, the right thing to do. Check its help section, it should be able to do all this. For what the product web page says, it can write FLAC comments, so you should be able to automatize all this. trebejo Wrote: > > btw the tracks were not ripped by me. Again, you are just an inch from getting there. Find how to "move" tags to FLAC format with media range, an you will be OK. -- Néstor Whole album Flac files --> Squeezebox (3) --> direct to Outlaw 7100 amp using Slimserver Preamp Vol Control --> Monitor Audio S6i ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Néstor's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=60 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=18082 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list ripping@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
