Well since EAC queues them up for compression I always went for the
max.  When I was doing my 300 CDs I would just spend a few hours in the
eveing ripping while surfing the net and then it could crunch away for
several hours after I went to bed.

For the record I use:

--best -T "artist=%a" -T "title=%t" -T "album=%g" -T "date=%y" -T
"tracknumber=%n" -T "genre=%m" %s
