On my Windoze PC I use foobar2000. Drag the album directory onto the foobar application window, which then puts all tracks in selected mode. Right click and select convert, making sure that the Diskwriter 'Output presets' preference is set at WAV (PCM, fixed-point). I then drag the resulting WAV files into Nero set on Audio CD mode. Click burn and job's done.
