Ok. I found that SB3 is actually updating but for some reason the Flac files end up not being searchable by Artist or Album because that info is not on the file in a way SB3 or Slimserver can recognize it. Slimserver for example lists the file as having no artist even though on taf info there is on. So I guess the problem is with the tagging, which I'm looking into now.
