Hoping some one has done this before I've been manually transcoding APE->WAV->FLAC and am now hoping to use ACDIR to batch transcode all my APE audio to FLAC. Basically run through my audio folders iteratively, if there is a APE file, transcode it to FLAC keeping the tag info and writing the FLAC file to the same directory.
Looking at ACDIRs command switches I have to say they're pretty complex and was hoping someone who knows ACDIR well could provide the requisite command line syntax. If ACDIR cannot traverse a directory tree, that is no problem I can have another tool do that and call ACDIR if APE files are present.
