Its fairly easy to do with a Wav editor:

1) Convert the Wav into Apple Lossless. Keep the original.
2) Convert Apple Lossless back into Wav.
3) Add the Original Wav to your Wav Editor, invert it, open the
converted Wav, add it on top of the invert Wav. 

If you get a flat line (ie. there is no sound), they are identical. 

I'd be absolutely stunned if it wasn't lossless.
