A bit more information has been dredged from my weary brain. The reason (if memory serves) that the CUE sheet has frame numbers is that the FLAC stuff has decided it hasn't come from a CD (I think it does this because the sample rate is 'wrong').
So it looks like the FLAC stuff needs to be able to handle frame offsets in the CUE sheet, and potentially convert these into time values based on the bit rate that's set in the FLAC file. Somehow, this is sounding like it's gonna be more than just a quick fix :( Can anyone offer any other suggestions as to how to get these to work? I don't particularly want to split each 'track' into its own FLAC file if I can avoid it...
