R11.5 does not duplicate the folder structure from MyMusic/FLAC to /MyMusic/OGG; I couldn't get it to work and was told this feature would be in R12. That is why I picked Foobar2000 to batch convert to OGG. But I am very happy with using dbPAmp to rip to FLAC and then Foobar2000 to convert to OGG.
