I'd like to transcode my entire collection to Ogg Vorbis at quality level 1 for use with my smartphone. There are various (more-or-less satisfactory) tools available for this, but I haven't found any which have the kind of amplitude compensation accross the entire collection that the slimServer provides.
Ideally I'd like to perform a single operation and have my collection structure duplicated with the target format and bitrate. Is there some way to bend the slimServer to my evil purpose, or would this be something to consider adding?
