I think I can retain the directory structure by simply telling foobar2000 to write the Ogg file to the same directory. Then I delete all the other files, and Bob's your uncle. Since I can access the files from my Linux server, the delete is trivial. Only problem is that this scheme requires a lot more disk during the transcoding. I'd have to start off by copying the entire heierarchy. I think I'm going to see what kinds of conversion programs are available under Linux. Maybe I can then use foobar2000 to adjust the gains on the Ogg files.
