hey, if it were me, i would have backed up my tunes.  but then, if it
were me, i wouldnt be dealing with iTunes in the first place.  but when
a buddy's little brother who doesn't have all the disposable income or
experience of 25 years to know about backing up his business, how can
one help to find a solution after the fact?  i guess that's just how
lessons are learned, huh?  it's an audacious insult that the software
knows you've already paid and downloaded the song and won't let you get
a fresh copy.
