Just to show a little live sign. Work's really let no time to do
anything great. But I'm in contact with Wasaia and Kyle to get some of
the bugs sorted out. Then (and again I'm promising this weekend
something will be done) I will try to get a rudimental User Interface
up. I have a few ideas.

But I will not go to bed before giving you a few points to think
about:

* Is a user customizable style sheet really something you guys want? I
ask this because I heavily suspect the xml->pdf process to be a
resource-hog. I will try to get this thing down to a more reasonable
level of memory consumption but I want to know if that is really
something I should spend my time on. If I remove the stylesheet
functionality the layout would be fixed to a few pre defined types but
you would still have the sorting options (that I will implement).

If you want to look at the current stylesheets, just open the "jar"
file with a unzip-tool (like Winzip) and look at the files in the
folder "stylesheets"

Without stylesheets I would probably have a simple Java class for every
layout which does the layout.

* How large are your music collections
I ask this because I would kindly ask everyone with a fairly large
collection to send me a xml-output of his library. The more diverse
data I have the better I can test.

One last point. Kyle asked me if I will open source the whole thing. My
answer is partly "yes" and partly "I've already done that"

I started this exporter as a first small application for my Java based
Slimserver-Access-Library. The library is already available at
jsqueeze.sf.net and I plan to post the source of the exporter there
too. But first the code has to get in a state where I'm comfortable of
giving it out to you all :)

Bye...and thanks for your support, help and interest
