I have not looked at the algorithm or the math, but intuitively I would
think that, even at SPL's other than 89 dB, the "perceived volume" would
more consistent across tracks when employing replaygain than it would be
without.  This would assume SPL's that fall within the range of "normal"
listening volumes, and a large and varied catalog.  Is this correct, or
should I superglue my volume knob to 89dB? lol
