Did you put the accurateRip .dll in the Program Files\Exact Audio Copy
directory? If so, inserting one of the AR key discs should calculate a
drive offset automatically, which may be the whole problem. 

When configured correctly the accurateRip dialogue should come up after
the error dialog in EAC.
