Not really, you should let the drive overread if it's capable, as that
is the point of offset correction. If the drive can't do it then you
have to fill missing samples with silence (only one of the two can be
checked), which is what I do to avoid synch errors in the last track.
It does satisfy accurateRip every time, but I don't see how it could be
an exact copy of anything but other peoples rips. People with different
settings get similar accurateRip results only because the first/last X
samples are ignored, IIRC.
