I have a chap in Hampstead Village London NW3 who does CD ripping to flac or other formats and I am using him now. He does it by hand using dbpoweramp and gives a summary of any insecure tracks and also scans the CD inside cover manually to get a nice hires image of the cd cover. He also does a little manual tag editing using exceltagger. He charges £1 a CD. You can call him, Ranjit, on 0207 435 7906. It's a good service if you live near Hamptead.
