Hi All, Just rec'd new SB3, have set it up with Slimserver etc. The SB3 is a wireless version and connected via S/PDIF to a Bryston BP25DA pre amp with bi-amped 3BST power amps and PMC LB1 speakers.
I am using EAC and flac to rip to a folder on my laptop. So far I have ripped 1 CD to this folder to test the system. I have Sony's SonicStage also installed on the same laptop. After ripping, I checked the folder to see if the CD files had arrived (which they had) but they had the SonicStage logo attached and Slimserver apparently couldn't see the files when scanning for new music. So far I cannot get Slimserver to see/import this album. Any ideas on how to sort this are gratefully appreciated. Many thanks in advance for replies. The laptop is connected wirelessly via a Draytek router and this communicates fine with the SB3 so far. By the way I'm listening to Planet Rock on internet radio and the quality is very good (I am hooked on Squeezebox already!!!), I can see a few late nights listening coming up.
